Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access, billing, can delete organization |
| Admin | Manage members, all projects and datasets |
| Member | Create projects, full access to assigned projects |
| Viewer | Read-only access to assigned projects |
Inviting Members
- Navigate to Settings → Members
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- Select their role
- Click Send Invite
Invites expire after 7 days. You can resend or cancel pending invites from the Members page.
Project Access
Projects can have their own access controls, separate from organization-level permissions.Project Roles
- Project Admin - Full control of the project
- Editor - Create, edit, and delete datasets within the project
- Viewer - Read-only access to project datasets
Setting Project Access
- Open the project
- Go to Settings → Access
- Add members or change roles
- Changes take effect immediately
Dataset Sharing
Share Link
Create a shareable link to a dataset:- Open the dataset
- Click Share
- Choose access level:
- View only - Recipients can see data but not edit
- Can edit - Recipients can modify data
- Copy and share the link
Public Datasets
Make a dataset publicly accessible:- Open dataset Settings
- Enable Public Access
- Choose whether to allow:
- Viewing
- Downloading (CSV/Excel export)
- API access
